In leading and driving capital campaigns for hospitals, colleges and universities, and community organizations, Molly’s seasoned perspective and skills have become an essential part of our clients’ successes. Since joining Corporate DevelopMint eight years ago, Molly has demonstrated a savvy understanding of the full range and complexity of fundraising which has ensured the success of every project of which she becomes a part.

As an adept strategic thinker, Molly has the ability to solve problems creatively and meet challenges in innovative ways. This skill is particularly useful in staff and leadership coaching, activities at which Molly excels. Her background in public relations and advertising has shaped her keen eye with which to examine challenges with branding, messaging, and both internal and external communications efforts.

Molly’s most recent success was managing an $8 million campaign for Gwinnett Medical Center (Atlanta, GA) and she is currently driving major gift efforts for Roper St. Francis Foundation (Charleston, SC) in a $26.7 million campaign. She has recently completed campaigns at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC ($8 million towards a $7 million goal) and Tuomey Healthcare in Sumter, SC ($3 million on a $2 million goal).

In addition to her expertise with healthcare and community organizations, Molly was also extensively involved in campaign coaching and mid-term assessment efforts for The Citadel’s $100 million fundraising effort (Charleston, SC).

While Molly’s current projects demonstrate her expertise in healthcare, her campaign experience is broad in scope. She led a capital campaign with the Byrnes Foundation (Columbia, SC), Pet Helper’s (Charleston, SC) and a number of initiatives for some of our region’s most noted community groups including: Givens Estates United Methodist Retirement Community (Asheville, NC); Charleston Youth Development Center and Hospice of Charleston, Inc. (Charleston, SC); and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bluffton (Beaufort, SC). She also guided The Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center’s (Charleston, SC) Campaign Planning Study.
