Development Assessment

The purpose of a Development Assessment is to provide an organization with an in-depth examination of their program’s fundraising strengths and challenges, and develop recommendations on how best to address each.

During this six week process, we examine everything from database management and efficiency to brand design and recognition. We evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of all fundraising programs. And, we interview staff and board members to collect not only the objective data we analyze through reports and financials but the subjective impressions of those who know the organization best.

The result is a comprehensive report that identifies the organization's current obstacles and offers clear and actionable strategies for moving forward.
