Strategic Goal Setting

About this newest service, we like to say that Strategic Goal Setting is the road to Rome--not Rome itself. What we mean is that this process will help non-profit organizations clarify their vision of their future and set strategic goals to help them realize that vision.

This is not about creating a strategic plan or evaluating external readiness for a campaign. Rather, this process prepares you internally for fundraising success. During Strategic Goal Setting, we will work with you to:

• Articulate your organization's vision
• Identify Case for Support elements that will help you realize that vision through smart strategies and the setting of achievable goals
• Through interviews/questionnaires with Board and staff, identify your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

The final step of the process is for Corporate DevelopMint to present a report to your leadership that includes a clear articulation of your vision and mission, and short-term and long-term objectives and strategies for achieving the goals we've worked together to set.
